Terms of service

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These terms apply when I/E TOSIU (fastsite, "we") builds a website for your business and keeps it online (the service). Please read them before you accept an offer: when you accept an offer, you agree to them.

Who we are

fastsite is a brand of I/E TOSIU, an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia, identification number 304829112, registered address Nikoloz Baratashvili street N12 / Sanapiro street N2, Tbilisi 0105, Georgia. Contact: [email protected], WhatsApp +44 7418 315761 (messages only).

For businesses only

The service is for businesses. You accept an offer for your business or profession, not as a consumer, and you confirm that you may act for that business.

The free demo

On request we prepare a demo of your website: a preview on a private link. The demo is free and does not commit you to anything. If you do not want it, you pay nothing, and we may delete it.

Your order and your plan

The service is a yearly subscription to a plan: the package and the price shown on the offer you accepted. What each package includes is described on the offer page and in the customer area. You order when you approve the demo and tell us that you want your site online. The contract starts when we confirm your order by message or e-mail.

What is included

  • Your website, built for you as in the demo you approved, with the features of your package.
  • Putting it online and keeping it online for every year you paid: hosting, the security certificate (https) and technical upkeep.
  • A domain (your web address) registered in your name, with its first year included.
  • Changes on request: you ask by message (and, as it becomes available, through an assistant inside the service) and we make them.
  • The customer area app.fastsite.app, where you see your site, your plan, its renewal date and your invoices.

Not included, unless we agree it in writing: anything that is not in the package you chose, for example advertising, extra domains, or paid tools and services of other companies. We may decline a change that amounts to a new website or a large new project, or offer it at a price we agree with you first.

Delivery

We aim to put your site online within 48 hours of receiving the details we need from you and your first payment. This is a target, not a guaranteed date: it can take longer, for example when details are missing or a third party (such as a domain registry) is slow.

We build every site so that search engines and AI assistants can read it, but we do not guarantee any position or visibility on Google, on AI assistants or anywhere else.

Price and payment

The price is the yearly price of your plan shown on the offer you accepted, in its currency, paid one year in advance. You pay the first year only after you have approved the demo: you activate your plan in your account, where you find the payment details and upload your receipt, and your site goes online when the payment has arrived.

Invoices are issued by I/E TOSIU. I/E TOSIU is not registered for VAT in Georgia, so no VAT is added to our prices. If the law of your country asks you to account for a tax on services bought from abroad (for example under a reverse charge), that is your responsibility.

Renewal, and how to cancel

Your plan renews every year on its renewal date, at the price of your plan, unless you cancel before that date. Your renewal date is shown in the customer area.

Cancel anytime, with no contract term and no fee: tell us by message or at [email protected], or use the customer area when it offers it. Cancelling means your plan is not renewed: the year you already paid runs to its end and your site stays online until then, then it goes offline. Your domain stays yours: on request we give you what you need to move it to a provider of your choice, and a copy of the texts and images of your site.

Refunds

A year that has already started is not refunded when you cancel: your site simply stays online until the end of that year. If we do not deliver what we agreed and do not put it right within a reasonable time after you tell us, we refund what you paid for it. Nothing here removes a refund the law gives you.

Your content

You are responsible for the content and material you give us (texts, photos, logos, prices, facts about your business) and for the facts shown on your site, which you check in the demo before it goes online. You confirm that you own this material or have the right to use it, and that it is lawful and accurate. You allow us to use it to build, host, show and change your site while the service runs.

Intellectual property

Your content and your domain are yours, and so are the texts we write for your site. The code, the design, the templates and the tools behind the site belong to I/E TOSIU; while the service runs, you have the right to use them for your website. Images we add from photo libraries stay under the licence of their library.

Acceptable use

You may not use your site or the service for anything unlawful, for content that infringes the rights of others or is misleading, hateful or harmful, to send spam or malware, or to collect personal data unlawfully.

The data of your site’s visitors

For the personal data of the visitors of your site (for example the messages they send with its form, and its statistics) you decide how it is used and you are responsible for following the law. We process it only on your behalf and to run your site: we keep it confidential and protected, use only the providers named in our privacy notice, help you answer requests from those people, tell you without undue delay about a breach that affects it, and delete it when the service ends.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend a site if a renewal is not paid, if it shows unlawful content, or if it puts the security of our systems at risk. We tell you before, when we reasonably can, and we restore the site once the reason is gone.

You can end the service at any time by cancelling (see above). We can end it by telling you 30 days in advance, or at once if you seriously break these terms. If we end it without a fault of yours, we refund the part of the year you paid and did not use.

Availability

We work to keep your site online and fast, but we cannot promise that it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or a failure of one of our providers.

Liability

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We tell existing customers about an important change at least 30 days before it applies; if you do not agree, you can cancel before it applies to you. The date at the top shows the version in force.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. This does not remove any mandatory protection you may have under the law of the country where you are.
